You set a timer to 10-25 minutes (no more), then you relax and try to sleep. It’s as simple as that!
When you wake up, you feel refreshed, energized and ready for action. A perfect condition to do something cool, like record a weekly podcast about technology, arts and getting things done with your buddy.
